With direct in house support from "Pharus Studios" KnK is able execute construction projects with increased organization and live time documentation and sharing. Allowing our clients to stay up-to date with the ongoing of any in particular project as well above industry standard record keeping.

In order to stream-line quoting services and better use of our estimators time we require inquiring clients to submit project information digitally before scheduling a free on site visit with a project estimator. This allows our estimator to be prepared for such.
Based on the information provided we will deliver you a preliminary quote- typically followed by a free on-site consultation.
For clients who are not capable of submitting a R.F.P submission online are encouraged to purchase an "In Person scheduled Quote Consultation". Our estimator will visit your project at the scheduled time and provide you with a quote. These are scheduled online and cost $91.00 of which will be discounted off the project invoice if you decide to contract with KnK.

The Client wanted to open a wall at the front entry of the home and duplicate the stairs. While replacing the treads with real hard Oak wood and complete wood flooring upstairs.
Beach House - low budget update & Renovation
This Small Cottage is built inside the sea banks of the cape cod canal and had previously sat abandoned for an extended amount of time. The house lacked electrical, and had a challenging bathroom with all failed plumbing and a in-swinging front door that blocked entry to the bathroom and upstairs.
The goal of the client was to update as far as the budget allowed and to revisit in 7 - 10 years of rental income.
We were able to incorporate a built in bar that utilized previous "dead space" in the sun room. as well as refurbish the existing front door.
The Wood floor upstairs were completely stripped and sealed with polyurethane.
