Price includes installation. In order to begin the process a KnK Accounts Manager must visit your property to perform a site analysis and measure / authenticate a true project cost estimate & Provide A Project Synopsis in order to Close a deal and schedule the project into production. .   

**** Fencing labor is defined as “a Typical fence post  hole”. Any post that requires additional effort to install a post into, will require additional “Specialty” Labor line items and will be billed on a per/the hour basis @$120.00 per/man hour. Examples of holes beyond a “Typical hole” installation would include obstructions like rocks,Roots, Concrete, or buried obstructions.****

• Qty of gates and size of gates 

• Where is the fence being installed? And what are you hoping to accomplish by installing a fence?

• Are you aware of any buried obstructions including natural rock etc?

• Current pictures and video files that reflect the current condition of the landscape.
